You need to know that a Farm Labor Camp has been proposed to be built at 10283 E Brittany Lane (North of Bryant Lane) consisting of a 12 units that are 800 SF plus a huge shop. The San Joaquin County Building Department sent the attached notice to the closest surrounding neighbors and left it intentionally vague in hopes of avoiding a PUBLIC HEARING and only after many phone calls and investigation did we find out that the property will in fact be used as dense population farm labor housing. We must demand a PUBLIC HEARING and put a STOP to this!
If the big money backers of this project succeed in getting this approved, it w SEVERLY DECREASE HOME VALUES and could INCREASE CRIME in our neighborhood WHAT YOU CAN DO
