Based on scale, housing appears to be 30’ x 120’
Conversation between BUYER and neighbors
12 Units of 800 Square Feet Each
Influx of unattached people who have no ties to our community
Probable danger to families due to increases in crime
Likely increase in neighborhood blight and nuisance
Likely increase in property crimes
Decrease in property values
Likely sizable decrease in property values; loss of what we’ve worked for
Potential loss of 30% home values IMMEDIATELY (c.f. Harney Rd. AES)
Disclosure of proximity to Ag Emp Housing at time of sale
Likely increase in homeowner’s insurance rates.
Traffic and road issues
Potential for huge increase in volume of vehicular traffic
School drop-off/pick-up located at Bryant/Jahant, danger to students
Blind turns onto Bryant and Jahant present potential for serious accidents
Land use compatibility
Agricultural-residential neighborhood of single family and secondary residences
High density, multi-family housing incompatible with our neighborhood
Likely lack of privacy for surrounding properties
Environmental strain due to septic & water usage (poss. septic lagoon)
Other Ag Emp Housing separated from typical Ag-Res single family homes
Appeal to county supervisors possible if Planning Commission denies our petition
